Is the Premium license a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment, with no renewal and no recurring charge. The license is lifetime and includes every future version of the app.
Is the free app limited without the license?
No. Watching live TV and radio, using community playlists, bookmarks, the EPG guide and the miniplayer all stay free and open source. The license only adds recording, VOD downloads, scheduled recordings and casting to TV.
How do I receive the activation key?
The key arrives by e-mail right after the payment is confirmed. It is activated inside the app, in the license area, and can be used on your devices.
Which payment methods are accepted?
PayPal and major credit cards, in US dollars. In Brazil, payment is in reais, with Pix or card through Mercado Pago.
What if the license does not work for me?
The purchase carries a 7-day refund guarantee: if the product does not work after support, or if the purchase is duplicated, you request a cancellation and the amount is returned through the same payment method, within 14 days.
